Worst Amazon ever ! Since 7 days , all my 9 different orders has been cancelled by Amazon . Every time when I speak guest service , they assure , that If I place new order , everything will be ok.! I am dealing with 9 refunds now, no one is able to solve the issue. I also realized al my cancelled orders have been shipped to wrong delivery station.

Everyone should know that it is possible that Amazon Egypt customer service has been hacked and taken over by scammers. They are calling customers to obtain the first four digits of your card information and have been requiring customers to upload passports/ driver's licenses/ natuonal IDs in order to process refunds. Please do not give any information to Amazon, even if you have them call you from the app!! Be very careful and vigilant with your personal information.

As a seller It’s already been a horrific experience with the warehouse staff and Management. It took over 6 months to put my products live on Amazon. On top of that they informed me now after 7 months that some products are damaged and some does not match the description and they will return to me. Where have they been for the last 7 months and why wait all this time to tell me. Manager can’t solve the problem. Very bad experience. Amazon should strictly train their staff and management to meet seller’s and customer’s expectations.

There is no such terrible service in any country in the world. This is not Mr. Bezos's Amazon, this is a regular Egyptian bazaar with the corresponding deception, rudeness and lack of customer support! Avoid this place! No support even for money already paid, this is not a service, this is a mockery!

Hi there...I bought this electric moka pot in March from Amazon (it was written clearly the seller is amazon) & as it was supposed to be a gift I didn't open & try it ..the ones who i sent it to found that it's not working...that was in may ...they gave it back to me ..I called amazon twice to let me know where to go to fix it ....the customer service tried their best but it was in vain...9ne of them told me they sell it for some other group...so I looked it back in my account orders ...found out it was for DeLonghi...so we took it to their maintenance center...they told us clearly they don't sell it or even deal with it ....now in it to be fixed...I don't want my money back or even replace it ...any help 🙄

I'm a souq customer for more than 12 years before it became amazon, and Idon't think or believe that Amazon Egypt, is related to Amazon worldwide, lake of communication leads to frustration, damaged products are sent to clients as a new one, unprofessional delivery system, and above all the kind of people who deliver the products like today I found a kid knocking on my door asking me if ordered something. This a shame and scandal to Amazon and I'm surprised that Amazon global is not taking any action specially for the past year, I recommend not to deal with Amazon Egypt at all........SOUQ WAS MUCH professional

The worse company ever. They are a feud & they even didn't help Me to get me my money back. The story started when i got messages from the bank saying that there was someone trying to steal my card & there was insufficient funds then 4743 Le was deducted & they tried again & they couldn't. Then i blocked the card. احذروا امازون حرامية. الحكاية بدءت لما لقيت كارت البنك حد بيحاول يسحب منه ٣٦٦٠٠ لكن الحمدلله مكانش فيه رصيد كافي. بعدها انسحب بالفعل ٤٧٤٣ و بعدها حاول تاني لكن مكنش فيه رصيد. كلمتهم بعد ما وقفت الكارت مع البنك. طبعاً بالعافية بسبب طريقة الاتصال العجيبة و وعدوني ان العملية مش ها تتنفذ و الاوردر ها بتكتسل و حد ها يكلمني على مدار اليوم. بعدها بعشر دقائق جالي ايميل بيقول ان مفيش حاجة ها تتعمل لان كارتي اللي اتسرق و دي غلطتي أنا. اتصلت بيهم تاني نفوا ان الايميل اتبعت من عندهم و قالولي حد ها يكلمني خلال اليوم طبعاً مفيش حد كلمني كالعادة و اتصلت للمرة الثالثة و بعت لهم الصور اللي موجودة في الريفيو و لكنهم اصرّوا ان كارتي هو المسروق و الغلطة من عندي و هم مش عارفين الايميل ده اتّبعت

Amazon Egypt DELIVERIES are a SCAM! They ship defective or wrong products to make a sale and it takes weeks before they come to pick their bad products so they can ship a replacement! When you call Amazon Egypt they tell you they cannot say when they will come pick up the defective product and ship a good product... LOUSY AFTER SALES SERVICE!

الشركة نصبت عليا .. طلبت موبايل وجالي مكانه سماعة في الطرد .. وخدمة العملاء تهربت من المسؤلية ولا يريدون أي حل. رغم أن المندوب هو اللي فتح العلبة ومصوره فيديو.. أنصح الجميع بتوخي الحذر وعدم التعامل مع أمازون لعدم التعرض للنصب

Worst service ever, I ordered 3 things and paid by card. The website said the orders were delivered but nothing came! They’re also irresponsive and when they did answer they were extremely disrespectful! They refused to help and said there’s no way to make a complaint and the call center manager, who I reached after 3 trials of telling an agent to transfer the call but they never do, was talking rudely, has no idea what customer support is and didn’t help at all but in fact said there’s nothing she can do and was going to hang up! Never pay in card! And better yet don’t order at all!
