FILE CHARGEBACKS WITH THIS COMPANY. They are SCAMMERS. I have proof: 1) that I entered the correct mailing address in my order 2) delivery photos that show the package was delivered to the wrong address 3) screenshots from the delivery company that they admit blame and it was their mistake that there was a delivery error Zara says it's against their policy to refund me even though they messed up the delivery 🤣🤣 the bank will get my money back from Zara but their employees are uneducated scammers and it's hilarious.

Shocking company to deal with. Chased non delivery, only to be told that my order was cancelled due to a 'technical error '. They also cannot refund me due to this same 'technical error'. My bank's fraud team are now dealing with it and have also advised me to request a charge back 15 days after order placed. Avoid Zara at all costs as they are definitely scammers! Please go through your bank to request a charge back and if you have any messages and emails from Zara, keep them/screen shot them for your bank's fraud team.

ZARA Cloche d'Or Experience Luxembourg (ville). INADMISIBLE!!! Un tel service client est intolérable. A fuir !!! Il y a une semaine, j’ai acheté un pull d’une valeur de 30€, au bout d’une heure, le pull était littéralement défectueux. Je demande alors à me le faire rembourser, bien évidemment le système ZARA ne m’avait pas envoyé le ticket de caisse… impossible d’avoir un remboursement de leur part. Mais bien plus qu’un service client médiocre, c’était des moqueries envers le client derrière le comptoir… vraiment inadmissible ce genre de comportement. Plus jamais je mettrai les pieds dans ce magasin.

We shopped at the ZARA'S at Disney Springs in Orlando Florida. my 11 year old daughter spent her money on a LONDON sweatshirt. The first wash and the black lettering ran all over the rest of the sweatshirt. I contacted ZARA'S Corp and they said I had to take it back to the store. I explained that the store was in Florida and I am in Wisconsin. The closest Zara's to me is in Minneapolis, Minnesota. They said there's nothing they can do. I do not recommend buying clothes from here because they do not stand behind them.

اشتريت اونلاين من تطبيق زارا و عند وصول ال طلبية مقاسها لم يكن مناسب ذهبت ل تبديل المقاس اولا رفض الكاشير بحجة انهم اونلاين ما برضو الا يرجعو الفلوس و كنت دافعه فيزا.. من اخر الدنيا عشان اسمع هالكلمتين.. و بعد جهد..وافقو يبدلو السايز لكن ما لقيت مقاسات من نفس النوع الي اشتريته .. يعني فلوسي دفعتها عالفاض .. فكرت اجيب جاكيت بدال البجاما ست الي اشتريتها رفضو ادفع الفرقية الي ظلت بحجة اني اشتريت قطعه واحده من الطلبية ب يوم خصم الجمعه مع ذلك حكيت الهم خدوا الحساب كامل و اعتبرو ما في خصم رفضو الا برجعو الي فلوس الطلب الاول على الفيزا و بده شهر ليوصل المبلغ عالفيزا و ارجع اشتري من جديد ب دفع جديد كامل هاد تعامل بصير يا زارا خسرت فلوسي اولا لان مقاسات مش متوفره و مصداقية مفي و خسرت وقت ثانيا و عطلتوني عن شغل مهم و خسرت راحة بالي عشان تصرفكم غير المقبول مع اني طرحت حلول لكن تجاوب موظفينكم غير مقبول

obsługa klienta fatalna. zamówiona paczka nie dotarła do mnie, ponieważ została uszkodzona w transporcie. skontaktowałam się z konsultantem na infolinii i zostałam zapewniona, że zamówienie nie zostanie anulowane a paczka do mnie zostanie wysłana ponownie. niestety zamówienie zostało anulowane. a złożone przez mnie zamówienie było w bardzo korzystnych cenach w trakcie BLACK FRIDAY. na złożoną pisemnie skargę/reklamację odpowiedź chat bota... nie polecam

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Still no idea where my parcel is, can’t speak to a human only AI, no idea how to get my parcel or my money back. Regular shopper of Zara, after this experience I won’t be. Truly shocked at just how bad the customer service is.
