No tengo tiendas en mi zona. Dependo de la venta on-line, cuya calidad deja mucho que desear: Compré un traje, la chaqueta venía descosida. Pedí el cambio. De nuevo la prenda venía descosida (de tal amnera que solo una modista podría arreglarla) . Llamé pidiendo un nuevo cambio. Pasaron dos días, en que llamé, esperé en cada llamada hasta 10'. Me decían que me llegaría el mensaje de envío. A la cuarta llamada, me han dicho que me devuelven el dinero pero que aunque tienen stock, no pueden enviármelo, y no me dan motivo. Me dicen que tengo que gestionar la devolción y hacer una nueva compra. ¡Insólito! Es culpa suya por malos filtros de calidad. Pero yo tendré que esperar más de quince días a que me devuelvan mi dinero.

Zara has some of the worst customer service imaginable. Their warehouse never returned a $300 coat that was returned with them with tags and in brand new condition. And apparently that’s just how it goes? Will never shop here again.

NEVER shop here again. Evidently 30 day return policy that isn’t communicated no returns no exchanges two days after window. 32 days and not even a merchandise credit offered. I do not know of any other company with such a policy. Should be communicated at the time of purchase. Horrible customer service but I guess that’s what you get for cheap quality.
