Los paquetes no llegan a su destino. Solo aparecen como enviados y posteriormente dejan de mostrar actualizaciones. A esto se suma que el proceso para solicitar un reembolso o devolución es complicado, debido al pésimo servicio de atención al cliente y la falta de seguimiento a los casos.

purchased a bottle of perfume as a birthday present on a recentday out to another city, when opened was broken. contacted customer service, only way to do anything is to take back to a store. nearest store, which is an hour away! very disappointed in their customer service

While their fashion is very modern and cool- their return policy is lacking and their customer support is almost nothing n existing. I had to pay return shipping for an item that was delivered with broken buttons. I will not order again. Contacted customer service 3 times only to be ignored. Be advised- not a reputable company
