Zara employees are racist and if you shop here you are racist too after seeing the video of an innocent black lady being lied on and chased for carrying her jacket NOTHING was stolen, no alarms went off when she walked out the door, no items was found ANYWHERE around the spot she left the store at and when she called the cops to report the workers ASSAULTED her. You are a racist POS and I hope she sues you so badly you have to close down.

the worst experience ever in my whole life with their customer service team to solve tbeir internal miscommunication issues to refund me ( the customer) what i paid for my online orders that i couldnt collect within the 15 days grace period and were sent back to their online team.. so no packages and nooo refund i cant reach any senio to complain bcoz there is simply no toll free num on their app nor an email account for complaints! i visited the respective zara branch twice and no solution till dare i chatted using their online chat ( the only method of communication) a huge waste of time evertine an hour to explain and give all requested deraiks and got promises months with nooo one bothering to email me or call me back horrible customer service

You guys messed up again? First the 2023 Atelier campaign incident and now rascism? Those employees lied to the officer multiple times and with a ton of video proof. Kind of embarrassing eh 😆 Map shows how far the poor woman was chased...wow.

Robe non livrée mais déclarée livrée depuis le 17 avril. Malgré plusieurs réclamations toujours rien de concret. C'est totalement inacceptable et pas digne d'une grande marque. Aucune maîtrise de ses transporteurs. Bien évidemment, ça n'en restera pas là. Je vous déconseille fortement cette marque.

This happened in Germany. The package never arrived—the courier returned it to the sender. So it was sent back to Zara. However, I still haven’t received a full refund. I can’t get in touch with anyone competent, and I’m still waiting for over 500 euros to be returned to me. This has been going on for so long that I’m completely fed up. Never again. How is it possible to have such poor customer service?
