I ordered a top for my daughter for a party she was attending - 2 weeks in advance of the date. The order tracking kept showing it was dispatched but no mention of courier collecting it to be delivered. It was meant to be delivered on 30th/31st March then it changed to 1st/2nd April and now it still shows this date but not moved from shipped. I contacted customer service and they have they will send a replacement, but still not shipped. Will take 2-3 working days to deliver and nothing they can do apparently. So annoyed as now won’t be here in time for the party.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I returned a $150 pair of boots over 2 weeks ago and still have not received an email confirmation that my return had been received or my refund is being processed. I called a week ago for an update, (they outsource, their customer service) and I was told they would process the refund that date. Here we are a week later and still no email or no refund. I call once again, and spoke to s “Dillon” and he gave me the same script. I asked for an email confirmation and once again they said allow 48 hours. I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was denied. I asked for a number to corporate and they said there was no other phone number to call. I really though Zara , being as expensive as it is, would have a better customer service system. It’s starting to feel like a scam.

Kupiłam buty przez apkę online płacąc blikiem. Dostałam zupełnie inne. Zwróciłam je przy kasie, żeby nie mieć kłopotów. I od tego momentu zaczęły się moje kłopoty… Zwrot pieniędzy dostałam na wygenerowaną kartę podarunkową zamiast na konto. W odpowiedzi na reklamację Zara twierdzi, że okazałam przy zwrocie jakiś paragon podarunkowy i dlatego zwrot dokonany jest na kartę. Zara nie przyjmuje moich argumentów i upiera się przy swoim kłamstwie. Nie polecam.

Not a safe place to shop as a Black person. A young woman was chased down by 5 employees of Zara, assaulted, and had the police weaponized against her by going in their store.
