Stay away from the Bristol Zara at Cabot Circus the staff are vile a young girl was about to be attacked by a group of teenagers so she ran into Zara for help the staff kicked her out rather than keep her safe and then stood and watched her get attacked…DISGUSTING SHOP AND STAFF shocking behaviour from Zara absolutely disgraceful everyone’s better of shopping in new look better stuff and safer

Zamówiłam 7 par spodni. Otrzymałam 6. ZARA nie przyjela reklamacji. Więcej w takiej firmie nie zamówię. Czuję się oszukana. Ponadto te same spodnie miały inny numer na zamówieniu a inny w aplikacji. Bałagan mają. Szkoda.

Security at the Bristol store turned away a young girl seeking refuge from a gang trying to attack her which resulted in her being brutally attacked while the security stood by and WATCHED & didn’t once step in to help or call the appropriate authorities. Absolutely appalling. Steer clear at all costs. They haven’t even had the decency to own their mistakes and offer any form of apology. AVOID
