I ordered and paid for the product on 26/02/2026, it was supposed to arrive on 3/03/2026, but you still haven't even shipped the product (now it is 12 days). Customer support is unresponsive. I will obviously have to notify the Consumer Protection Association about your failure to fulfill your contractual obligations. You have lost a customer, I will not buy from you again.

After what happened to the young girl in Bristol who ran into Zara for help after being chased by a gang, then chucked out by security, who then locked the doors & watched whilst she was kicked & stamped on by the gang outside, I’ll never shop in Zara again!
