I placed my first order at Zara Ukraine. I hesitated for a long time since there’s no customer support and no physical store. It turned out my hesitation was justified — my order hasn’t been shipped even though more than a 11 days has passed. I haven’t received any responses, and they also refused to refund my money. My order simply isn’t moving anywhere, and I’m getting zero replies. I’m very disappointed, and this will be my first and last order from Zara. It's probably not for nothing that there are so many negative reviews about Zara, I've never encountered such a miserable attitude in online stores. There is always some kind of online support, refunds, delays, I have never seen such delays. Scammers and thieves, nothing more to add!

No recomiendo Zara en absoluto 👎🏽, después de un mes sigo esperando que me devuelvan el dinero por un pedido online que nunca me entregaron. He sido yo la que ha tenido que ponerse en multitud de ocasiones en contacto con ellos (chat, teléfono, mail) y no me han dado ningún tipo de explicación ni solución. Mucho cuidado con comprar aquí online, podéis perder el tiempo y el dinero.

I made a complain to Zara about the 5-size clothes (110cm) | bought for my kid (100cm). The sizes are all different length, width and width of the neck, making more than half of them not wearable. The difference is between 10-15 cm!!! When I contacted Zara Customer Service, they said it is not defects. Really??? Making clothes sizes runs 2-3 sizes less than it should be is not a defect?!?!

nikdy som nezažila také dehonestujúce správanie sa k zákazníkovi- vrátila som tovar, peniaze mi za tri týždne nevrátili , zákaznícka linka? zabudnite- normálne si robia srandu zo zákazníkov, ked zavolám, že to preverujú! a žiadny výsledok, keď idem osobne, manažérka ma vysmiala, že čo ona s tým, mám si to riešiť so zákazníckych servisom!!! a tak stále dookola.nikdy viac žiadny nákup u týchto podvodníkov

I paid for expedited shipping, yet my order never arrived, and your team later said that service “wasn’t available.” It’s now more than 10 days past the estimated delivery date, and every time I reach out, I’m told to “wait another 24–48 hours.” Your customer service representatives have been rude and unhelpful, and my request to speak to a supervisor has gone nowhere. On October 20, 2025, I placed an order through your website with the option to collect it from one of your stores. However, on the expected collection date, the order was not available. Since November 1, 2025, I have been in daily contact with your customer support team, who have repeatedly informed me that there was a “logistical issue” and assured me that the order would be shipped soon. Today, I received an email stating that the order has been cancelled, without any prior notice or explanation. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Per il sbaglio da parte di Zara non hanno provato risolvere questo l'errore che hanno fatto loro. Ho provato 5 volte a risolvere tramite l'operatore ma non solo che non hanno risolto niente pure chiudano chat durante che chiedi del tuo ordine. Si comportano senza rispetto , a loro non interessa proprio se è stato l'errore di loro , assistenza tratta molto male . Pessimo , sono molto delusa e consigliero a tutte persone di evitare questa marca.
