Drama. Na dagen bezig te zijn geweest met Zara en een klacht ingediend, 3 pakketten retour gestuurd. Zara deed er nog even 4 dagen over om akkoord te geven voor het 3e pakket (31-1-25) Daarna de pakketten binnen de 72 uur geretourneerd. En nu, krijg ik een mail dat de eerste 2 pakketten niet op tijd zijn geretourneerd. Pakketten worden wederom naar mij gestuurd. Dus wéér een klacht indienen en mijn rechtsbijstand inschakelen. Ik koop nooit meer iets bij Zara. Wat een klantonvriendelijk bedrijf!

De “klantenservice “. 2 dagen te laat met een retour en er is nul begrip en/of coulance. Contact met de Chat gehad maar daar krijg je een tot robot getransformeerde medewerker aan de lijn. Heb het nog gevraagd of ze wel een mens was en dat was ze dus wel 🤔. Aan de manier van communiceren was het totaal niet te merken. Heel onpersoonlijk en alleen standaard antwoorden. En bellen kan niet. Jammer #ZARA

La mancanza assistenza e soluzione ai problemi dei clienti Ho acquistato un paio di jeans con una card regalo , richiedendo successivamente il rimborso o la sostituzione di questo articolo che non andava bene è il quale è stato rifiutato nonostante lo scontrino con tutti i dati dell’acquisto compreso la card . sarebbe necessario per un’azienda così importante provvedere a questo grosso disservizio. nonostante ciò spero in una vostra soluzione per un cliente fidelizzato da oltre 30 anni

Zara has to improve their website and customer service at the store in Plaza Las Americas in Puerto Rico. I have tried so many times to register to their webpage in order to make online purchases and its been impossible and frustrating to say the least. In addition, I paid for a product at the store in Plaza that never made it to my bag and the Manager refused to assist me, or provide the product. Instead, I was referred to the ZARA chat and a junior employee at the store assisted me to submit the claim (as that is virtually the only medium they have for customer assistance as there is noone to speak to). In fact, I still haven't received a response to my claim and it's been over a week since I placed it. I am a senior citizen and it's a shame that this store holds such a big space at the mall with a pretty terrible online system and even worse customer service.

1* review Zara customer service is absolutely disgraceful. The Item ordered was missing from the parcel. The paper packaging was completely split along one edge and has allowed the item to be lost from the packaging. tha . Customer ''chat' have been absolutely no help what so ever and refuse to issue a replacement item or a refund. As far as they are concerned the item left their warehouse and there is no option for refund. There seems to be no other option to speak or communicate with customer service apart from robotic chats. I suggest you think very carefully before you shop with this company. Shocking customer service Zara. 1 * review from me

El servicio al cliente a través de un CHAT es totalmente ineficiente, tengo 1 mes esperando una devolución y después de tantos días y tantos chats donde decían que en 48 horas recibiría un correo con la devolución ahora me dicen que nunca recibieron los artículos. Lo cual me parece totalmente falso. Y de otro pedido de la semana pasada resulta ser que tampoco lo recibieron. TOTALMENTE INEFICIENTE E INCOMPETENTE SERVICIO AL CLIENTE

I have returned an order to the City Stars branch worth 4k and it's been 20 days and I have not gotten the refund. Checked with my bank and there was nothing refunded to my credit card. I have all the names of the customer service reps I've spoken to through their live chat. All the chats and how terribly incompetent they are. They repeat the same thing, that someone is gonna call/email me in 48 hours maximum and no one ever does. I reached out to them here as well and they haven't responded either.

Sklep Zara Polska robi błędy w wysyłkach. Dwa ostatnie moje zamówienia nie doszły do skutku z winy Zary i jeszcze do tego dopłaciłam. Nie polecam nikomu u was kupować i sama już też tego nie zrobię.

I love your clothes, but the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service. I struggled to book a return for a product, and after two days of that chat bot going on in circles I eventually got to a human. If I can’t log returns with ease, why will I take a chance to purchase something?
