This is one of the worst companies i have ever seen. I had a big fight with the driver, as he stopped the bus & decided not to continue the ride. He stopped in the middle of the ride without us consenting to eat in a restaurant, he was playing very loud music. All the travelers with me were teenagers and were very alarmed and scared when he decided not to continue the ride shut the air conditioner on them leaving us in the middle of the desert. I can’t contact anyone from personal support , i placed multiple complaints & no use. This is a dangerous company for your loved ones don’t let anyone you know use it.

Terrible and unreliable service ! Starting from cancelling rides without notice, useless customer services , if any issue happened before or during your ride you will find no one to answer or support you. Legal action will be taken against swvl . This “company” should shut down soon

I had the unfortunate experience of trying their bus rides. I had only two rides. The second one was a different driver than the orginial bus on the app, different bus, and he said he'd put the change in the wallet and didn't do that and stole the money. The first one the driver lied about the stop and had me as the last one in the bus so he told me to go off the bus in an unknown city in the wrong stop. I reached out to customer service and they said, "I am only going to give my superior your complaint." and was completely rude. There is no respectable business that hires plain thiefs then does not even afford its customers the decency of an apology.
