This travel experience was a nightmare, fueled by the professional negligence of both the driver and customer service. ​After a five-minute restroom break, the driver abandoned me on the highway, failing to perform a basic head count before departing. When I contacted customer service, they flatly refused to assist or reroute the bus, showing a total lack of accountability. ​Upon catching the bus via taxi, my bag was recovered, but my smartwatch was missing. The driver then fled the station and claimed he found nothing. Their combined indifference turned a simple trip into a theft-ridden disaster.

لاول مرة تلاحظ ان لما تطلب خدمات في شركة نقل ليست رخيصه تنعكس عليك سلباً للاسف درجة رجال الأعمال في النقل سيئه جدا حتي السائقين اما الدرجة الرخيصه اقل درجة ممتازه جدا وحتي السائقين علي درجه عاليه من الخبرة

One of the worst transportation experiences in Egypt. The app is poor, the buses are dirty and low quality, and the prices are unjustifiably high. You pay premium prices and receive terrible service. Sadly, passengers have very limited choices, which allows this poor level of service to continue.

This time wasn’t very good for me! I had to have more than 4 hour trip with an issue with the air conditioner plus I had to change my trip time and they didn’t offer this through the website because I bought the tickets from the branch, I didn’t get that because the guy who reserved the ticket told me I can cancel or Edit from the call center but they weren’t helpful at all!
