I honestly can't believe that your staff could escort a young girl out of the shop and to a place where she was unsafe and beaten. I'm shocked that none of you could provide her with a safe space where you could call someone to collect her while she was kept away?! where is the humanity! its absolutely sickening. That entire family now has to endure the torture and trauma of something that could've been prevented from your ADULT staff. absolutely sickening!!!!

The fact that your security sent a young girl out side the Cabot circus branch where she was seriously assaulted in what’s believed to be a racially motivated gang assault .. there is no way I would ever consider spending my money in your shops. I ordered and paid for the product on 26/02/2026, it was supposed to arrive on 3/03/2026, but you still haven't even shipped the product (now it is 12 days). Customer support is unresponsive. I will obviously have to notify the Consumer Protection Association about your failure to fulfill your contractual obligations. You have lost a customer, I will not buy from you again.
