Meine Rücksendung wurde nicht ordnungsgemäß verbucht. Jetzt wird mir ein Artikel in Rechnung gestellt, welchen ich zurück gesandt habe. Weder per Mail, Chat noch per WhatsApp ist jemand vom Kundendienst zu erreichen. Meine E-Mail wird nicht zugestellt, da das Postfach bei ZARA voll ist, über WhatsApp erhalte ich immer eine automatisiere Antwort, die das Problem nicht löst und telefonisch ist schon gar niemand erreichbar. Zufriedene Kunden sind diesem Unternehmen wohl nicht so wichtig.

Terrible customer service! Bought an item worth £95 as a Xmas present but was slightly too big. Sadly slightly over the 30days and even though they are still selling the item, at the same price and it’s in as bought condition they will not exchange or give us a credit voucher! Zero customer satisfaction! And their staff could not care less! Most people buy early for Xmas!!! Never had this issue with any other store!!

This is painful for me because I love Zara. And will likely buy from them again no doubt. Their customer service (Zara Care) feels like customer relations they apologize, sympathize, express care, and concern buy no problem solving, no fix. Nice words your problem sorry. Lacks customer care…it’s in the name! Hope this is something they take more seriously in the future and improve. As most customers are spending 100s or 1000s every purchase. Thanks for your time.

Terrible customer service...no solution but to return an item...that was supposed to be a set...leggings missing. Bought online...now I have to go out of my way to return the top that I already gave to my granddaughter. Couldn't even give credit for half the outfit...as now this item is OOS. Zara care....what a joke

Extremely poor customer service. My exchange window closed a day earlier than it should have based on the ship date and they still wouldn’t exchange 2 non-sale pairs of jeans for a different size. Not only that, your sizing could not have been more inaccurate. Will never hassle with shopping for my kids here again.

25 € per una sciarpa che rilascia pelucchi in modo imbarazzante. Onestamente, con la stessa cifra al negozio cinese ne prendo due e fanno meno danni ai vestiti. Qualità da mercato cinese, ma prezzo da Zara. -- I paid €25 for scarf and it sheds lint everywhere, ruining coats and sweaters after just a few minutes. For this price, I can buy at least two scarves from a cheap store with the same — if not better — quality. Completely disappointing. Terrible value for money. --

Absolutely disgusted in your christmas returns policy. Bought christmas gifts at the end of november for my neice but they didnt fit. Tried to exchange them today to be told that we had surpassed the return date of 30th December - five days after christmas is ridiculous! We were not made aware of this when we purchased the items. Poor customer service!

Zara is one of the worst retailers to purchase items from. Despite proof of purchase they don't even offer an exchange. I purchased a jacket online for a Xmas gift 28th Nov delivered 3rd Dec. Unfortunately the item was not suitable and I went on holiday 26th Dec only returning 5th Jan when I went to store 1st available date I was told there was no extended time despite Xmas and couldn't return item. I am now stuck with an item that is unsuitable.

The return policy for this store is a scam!! 30 days even for holiday purchases is a joke. Items purchased in November as gifts are due back for exchange or return even before the holiday. Even to not be allowed to do an exchange for an item that doesn’t fit! You’re still keeping the money in your crap store. Totally disgusting!!
