coming with my two girls and i witness a manager shouting on a stuff there front of people ...it broke my heart. i dont remember the name of the manager but she was so rude ..poor mangement ...im not going back there again... people dont deserve that energy anymore ..she is lucky i do not remember her name ..i know now why they have less stuff everyone is running away.

The staff here are incredibly rude, predominantly the Spanish staff. The returns are upstairs in children's section only , and are slow with long ques. Spanish Male manager walked off today as he was doing an exchange for me, just started chatting to staff before my transaction was completed with no acknowledgement to me. I just tapped my card and had to monitor the till screen to see if it had gone through as he didn't return. As I walked away another customer behind me actually mentioned how rude it was how I was treated.

I was in store today to look at the children's section, which is upstairs. I was looking around for the lift as I had my baby with me. 3 members of staff walked by me, completely dodging eye contact. I walked back out to see if there was a way of getting in from the upper level, but there wasn't. I walked back into the store and I noticed a sign for the lift at the very back of the store. I walked over, the door was locked. I pressed the button a few times. No answer. During this time, there was members of staff walking straight past me and my baby, clearly trying to use the lift, and not one of them tried to help me. I eventually approached one of them and asked if I could use the lift. She said yes, just press the button. I had already done this numerous times but i thought maybe I had done it wrong. Just like that, the member of staff disappeared and didn't come near me again, nor did she check if I got sorted or not. Again, members of staff still passed me by, clearly struggling to

The sizes are all off. A size 12 in normal shops is an 8 in Zara. Would not recommend

Terrible customer service. I recently bought an item of clothing that literally fell apart after putting it on to wear to an occasion. I have tried to obtain a refund and nobody has helped me. €50 spent and nothing to show for it.

There are no shopping bags provided. It's ok if you buy only one item, otherwise it makes the shopping experience terrible.<br>I love Zara but this shop was the worst I have ever visited.

Zara have extended the ladies fashion on the ground floor and on first floor. The kids section is gone. The tills that were on the first floor are gone. There is self checkout or you can pay in the men's section. The till that was in kids section is now for refunds. One thing I don't like is the escalator not working on one side.
