مساء الخير انا طلبت اوردر من زارا بتاريخ ٦/١٠ وصلنى يوم ٢٢/٦ بالشكل دا بتاج الامان كأننا حراميه ف كلمتهم ان لو سمحتم ابعتوا مندوب ياخده و حلوا المشكله و المندوب يوصله تانى فقالى ان يا اما ترجعيه يا اما تروحى الفرع يشيلوها فرجعته على اساس اطلبه تانى و تكون المشكله اتحلت لان الفرع بعيد جدا عليا و عامله عمليه فى ركبتى مش بسافر اماكن بعيده طلبته ورجعلى بحطه ايدى مفيش مراجعه للمنتج و بيبعتوه تانى للعميل بنفس المشكله و اما كلمت خدمه العملاء كانت ردودهم بارده جدا و الموظف المحترم بيقولى انا عملت لك طلب استرجاع نيابه عنك و قفل المحادثه فورا دا غير منتج تانى بردو طلبته و اترفض و خلاص كدا مفيش رد ولا فيه جديد و لا تحديث لحاله المنتج لو حد عنده فكره اتصرف فى البتاع دا ازاى بدون ما اسافر للفرع يساعدنى ZARA

I had returns from Zara in Dublin and made purchases here in Limerick crescent, and the difference was incredible. I believe his name was Luke a tall guy with black hair and he was honestly amazing. From the moment I got to the checkout, he noticed my Boston American accent and instantly made the whole interaction friendly and personal. We ended up having a great conversation about Boston and shopping experiences, which made the visit genuinely enjoyable. What really stood out was how proactive and on top of everything he was. I asked about a VAT reclaim receipt something I’ve tried to get at (Zara Dundrum Dublin) without success and he had it ready before I even finished explaining. “He just asked what’s your USA ZIP code” His knowledge, efficiency, and friendliness completely stood out. Luke didn’t just provide great service he went above and beyond to make the visit memorable. Zara is lucky to have someone like him, and he made what’s usually a routine shopping trip feel special.

The self service checkout took my money, but failed to print a receipt. When I queried this a manager took me to another till and again took money from me and because the machine failed a 2nd time to give a receipt said that the clothes could not be taken. The manager refused to give his name, or a receipt stating what had happened or any information only to say that the money was only pending and would not be taken from my card. Well what do you know, 3 days later, both transactions have been completed and money is gone. Trying customer service to no avail, no one will speak to me. It's impossible to get anyone. Avoid self service checkouts I guess.

Rude Indian/ Asian employee. I had a few returns and had used two different cards because the items were bought on separate occasions. I couldn’t find the card used for one of the purchases, and the staff member assisting me was extremely rude. His tone was condescending, as if we didn’t understand anything. There is always a respectful way to communicate, but he completely ruined our mood. I don’t understand why some employees behave as though they own the brand when their job is simply to assist customers.

In general, I love ZARA — the concept, the prices, and the fashion trends. Having travelled around the world, I can clearly see that ZARA Limerick falls far below the usual ZARA standards. The store is consistently poorly maintained: clothes are disorganised, items on the lower racks are literally dragging on the floor, and the overall presentation is disappointing. There are always long queues unless you visit first thing in the morning on a weekday. I don’t blame the staff — this is clearly a management issue. Even during sales periods in other European ZARA stores, I have never seen such a mess. It feels like ZARA Limerick management is taking advantage of being the only store in the entire city.

Shout out to Megan and Tara who are brilliant at their jobs. Solved an issue with an online gift voucher for me towards the end of Feb. And kept their cool when queues became underwieldy and angry. Very kind and patient.
