لا انصح بالتعامل معهم في استخراج تصاريح العمل بيوهموك انك بتخلص في خلال ساعة لكن ممكن تاخد اكتر من ٣ ساعات ماتفرقش كتير عن الخدمة العادية بالاضافة ان المكان زحمة ولا يوجد حتي اماكن انتظار كافية

اسواء مكان وأسواء تعامل مواعيد زفت ولا في اي التزام ولا مصداقيه ولا بيهتمو باي حاجه بسبور يقعد اكتر من ٤ ايام ولحد دلوقتي لسه موصلش وكل يوم ميعاد جديد وكل يوم حايجي وحضرتك انتظره من ٦ ل ١٢ بليل ، ولا مراعه ان دا بسبور وفي مواعيد وحجوزات ولا عنده حد تكلمه ولا مدير يشوف الخيبه اللي هما فيها وشويه موظفين يردو علي تليفونات لا يفقهو شيء ولا عنده اي فهم ولا درايه وكل اللي بيعمله يقولك جاي يا فندم عشان تقفل معاه وخلاص ولا في حاجه بتيجي فلوس مرميه علي الارض علي خدمه المفروض انها مميزه وخدمه للاسف إجباريه أنا مكنتش عاوزها أصلا

Worst shipping company to deal with. Delivery personnels don’t deliver your papers on time and ignore your calls, call center is useless, they just give you the driver’s number to call him and handle the situation yourself, and at the end, you will have to meet the driver at the zone that’s suitable to him to pick up your papers.

They do not deliver what they claim. I paid 65 USD for express service and home delivery, I was then told by the agent that if I want it the next day I can come and collect it from their mall office location and now it has been 2 days I am going to their location and still my document is not ready. I would not recommend them as it is absolutely not worth the additional money that I paid. It looks like I will not save any time although I paid the extra 65 USD

It is the worst service, i paid service fees to deliver my papers on time but they delay my papers delivery and no one contact me . I alawys try to contact call center but useless.
