Worst shipping company to deal with. Delivery personnels don’t deliver your papers on time and ignore your calls, call center is useless, they just give you the driver’s number to call him and handle the situation yourself, and at the end, you will have to meet the driver at the zone that’s suitable to him to pick up your papers.

I had a very positive experience. I reached out after 7:00 PM and was impressed by how supportive and responsive the team was. They kept me updated on WhatsApp when the documents were ready, and everything was delivered right on time. Thank you very much!

They do not deliver what they claim. I paid 65 USD for express service and home delivery, I was then told by the agent that if I want it the next day I can come and collect it from their mall office location and now it has been 2 days I am going to their location and still my document is not ready. I would not recommend them as it is absolutely not worth the additional money that I paid. It looks like I will not save any time although I paid the extra 65 USD
