Extremely Poor Service – I Do Not Recommend At All I used Tarabot to deliver my passport after renewing it at the Civil Registry, with the expectation that it would be delivered on a specified date. Unfortunately, the company failed to deliver on time, despite me paying extra for express delivery. I received no updates or responses from customer service during the entire wait. When I contacted the company, I received no response. I had originally asked to pick up the passport myself to avoid delays, but the employee at the Civil Registry told me that I could not pick it up directly and that it had to be delivered via Tarabot. Despite paying the extra fee, I did not receive the service I expected, nor was the delivery made on time, causing a lot of inconvenience and delay in important matters. The customer service was completely unprofessional and showed no regard for the customer. I will never use this company again and strongly advise others to avoid doing business with them.
