Extremely Poor Service – I Do Not Recommend At All I used Tarabot to deliver my passport after renewing it at the Civil Registry, with the expectation that it would be delivered on a specified date. Unfortunately, the company failed to deliver on time, despite me paying extra for express delivery. I received no updates or responses from customer service during the entire wait. When I contacted the company, I received no response. I had originally asked to pick up the passport myself to avoid delays, but the employee at the Civil Registry told me that I could not pick it up directly and that it had to be delivered via Tarabot. Despite paying the extra fee, I did not receive the service I expected, nor was the delivery made on time, causing a lot of inconvenience and delay in important matters. The customer service was completely unprofessional and showed no regard for the customer. I will never use this company again and strongly advise others to avoid doing business with them.

لا انصح بالتعامل معاهم نهائي معندهمش اي مصداقية وسهل جدا التأخير ويضيع عليك سفرك والتكاليف كلها تضيع عليك بسبب استهتار وكذب موظفين ترابط ناس معندهمش اي احترام واللي سمح لهم يشتغلو في مستندات ووثائق مهمة انسان ظالم وحسابه عند ربنا.

Dear Sir or Madame, This concerns the delivery of a visa extension that was applied for at the Ministry of Interior and finished on November 5, 2025, under name of James Michael Schmidt, US citizen, having paid $65 for speedy VIP delivery through Tarabot Express. It was more than one week late. It arrived tonight on November 17, at 8:00 PM, delivered by a driver on a motorcycle with black hair claiming that Tarabot had passed the delivery to another company called "Andalusia" and that there was a charge of 80 Egyptian pounds extra in order for him to hand me my visa. I was forced to pay 80 EP on top of the 65 pounds paid last week for speedy delivery - which was very late. It is the responsibility of Tarabot for this visa being late and not for me to pay extra for your excessive errors and bad service. This is robbery and I will put in a formal complain with the Egyptian government and US embassy in Cairo. It is unacceptable and I DEMAND my $80 back from Tarabot or I will continue t

Just got one of the worse services i ever had and i still had to pay 65 dollars for it, i went to Tarabot and they had me coming there for 2 days in row and still no enough help i just wanted to renew my father and brother Residency were i alreadyy did them there first one from abbasya tarabot administration they had me standing were there is no organized line no good help, no enough information or people who can deal with the service or have good communication, I regret doing it there but i have to because i hope at least i hope they got my father iqama faster because he got work. I hope my next experience could be better the abbasaya branch was better with more professional people who can help you and provide you the service fully. STAY AWAY!!! They take money and don’t do anything about lengthy delays. Promised 10 day processing and delivery to my home instead over one month and in the end I went back to passport office only to find the permits had been ready for weeks. I called numerous times and all the time they responded on the same way it’s “still processing”. My daughter had lost 4 weeks of her 8 week permit because it was already issued but was not being sent to me. I justifiably asked for a refund and they keep trying to send you somewhere else ask, or say it’s not applicable. Spoke to a manager on the hotline and he kept saying a refund is “not applicable”. They will take your money to cause you lots of problems. STAY AWAY BY ALL MEANS!!!
