I went to Switch Plus - Dokki to replace my phone battery and had a great experience. The staff were very patient and took the time to answer all my questions before I signed the service agreement. After running a diagnosis, they explained that my iPhone 13 battery replacement was covered by Apple, so I didn’t have to pay anything. I really appreciated their transparency. The service was completed the same day, which was very convenient. I also appreciated that they spoke English and explained everything clearly. Highly recommend!! I would definitely come back for any future service!
