I've been trying for the past 4 days to reach the customer service to make necessary changes to no avail. from the tracking, it says returned to DC since 4 days now. السلام عليكم لقد قمت بشراء ملابس عن طريق الاونلاين ووصلت مقاسات الملابس كبيرة وغير مطابقة لدليل المقاسات الموجود على الموقع وقمت بالاتصال على الرقم الخاص باسترجاع الطلبات ولكن لم يتم الرد وقمت بإرسال رسالة على البريد الإلكتروني ولكن لم يتم الرد أيضا فأرجوا الرد وإتخاذ الاجراء اللازم لإرجاع الطلبات

Hi, I ordered from your website 2 weeks ago and I received wrong items with wrong sizes. I complained many times but no one fixed it. One of the items is supposed to be a pajama set size L but I received 2 shirts with size L and pants size XS i ordered size L and another pajama with a completely different design from the one i ordered.

worst customer care services. been waiting for my refund of 428 SAR for the past 60 days. but in vain. in response to every of my email they just send me autogenerted excuses and apologies please never buy anything online from Max Fashion as its reviews are alredy full of negative and bad comments regarding their cistomer card services which I wish I would have read before ordering

Who ever is reading this, PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM MAX FASHION. Worst service ever! worst courier company Landmark ever! Ordered something 15 days back for Eid, but nothing delivered yet. The courier company cancelled my order saying it was "rejected by customer" while on their system they can confirm I was following up every 2nd day.. Their customer support system is not better than a robot repeating "we are looking into your problem" "we have escalated your problem" "here is your complain number" its better to put a robot repeating these sentences instead of hiring individuals. It is a paid order. Order number: #9781430013 Complain number: 1035848

الله يكافيكم ماعندكم مصداقيه مع زبائنكم وتستغلون الحجر الصحي اطلب اغراض ٧٢٣ ريال ويالله وصلتوها تالي الاغراض كلها غلط ولا شي من اللي طلبته وسعرهم مايتعدى ٣٠٠ ريال طالبتهم بالمبلغ ترسلون لي روحي اي فرع واخذي المبلغ والفرع يرفض لان الاغراض مو كلها تبع ستي مكس هل من المعقول انا اتحمل تبعات اغلاطكم مثل ماسحبتو المبلغ في دقيقه من الحساب رجعوه وتعالو اخذو اغراضكم وهذا رقم الطلب وهذي صوره لبعض الطلبات وباقي الصور الطلب اللي وصلني في اي شركة صار جذا غلط
