For some reason I'm not being able to access their website it keeps telling me error, is it because I live in lebanon????? Their store in beirut has nice quality clothing and reasonable prices. But trying to access their website from lebanon won't let me. Hope someone can reply and provide an explanation.

My friends order was damaged and one was missing instead of replacing the small things they want her to return them back. Which is unprofessional, in the end she is losing money by returning it because she payed for delivery. Max should take responsibility like any other company and replace the damage belt and the missing belt of the 2 abayas she bought instead of demanding she should return it which will make her lose 20 dhms for nothing by paying delivery!!! Because of this and how they handle costumer service, I will no longer buy from Any max shop or website

Becuse i made an order from 2 weeks ago and I knew that i might receive it late because of the current situation.... But still am trying to track my order then i discover that my order is canceled since a week ago with asking me and then i didn’t get my money back.. No emails is answered No number is existing And the best part is am not the only one had the same problem it from all over countries ,i saw the comments on instagram This is not acceptable at all
