لا اوصي ابدااااااااااااااااااااا بزيارتهم من تجربتي الشخصية وذلك لسببين لأنه ما بلاقي حد يساعدني وبتهربوا الموظفين من المساعدة والسبب الأهم انه ما بسمحوا بالتبديل في حال اضطر الشخص مع انه بحكولك بتتبدل وبس ترجع ما ببدلوا ابدا وهذا بفرع الزرقاء الجديدة فقط

I want my shipment You have bad system and bad stuff for delivering The one who is responsible about delivering my order is not good he wanted to deliver the order in unsuitable time . I said to him not to deliver it in the morning because I’m not home . You have add to your system the expecting time for deliver the shipment. Don’t give option for the deliverer to decide by himself . You will loss your customers in this way . I kept waiting for the shipment for more than five days then one of your employee said to me that your fault . What’s bad away of treating your customers. Anyway this is my shipment number 6494977495

Worst experience 9994386719- ordered on May 12 . One night gown and one kid dress missing, night gown they are saying we sent and kid dress no response 9994106346 ordered on 02 May only one dress received rest 4 no updates. They seems behave like customer can forget or saying we sent now we don’t know. These are the worst people to deal with. I don’t care about one item missing to send but they are fingers pointing customer which hurts most. In this covid 19 environment these guys are making money by not delivering but saying we delivered. Hope these guys resolve else customer will pay them the price.

I ordered a dress for my daughter online after doing full payment. we didn't pick the call ,when the guy came to delivery. we called him back twice immediately.He didn't respond to our call .And next day a message came, saying that our order is cancelled. How can they cancel our order without informing us. worst service for online purchase. Not recommend.

I placed an order for Click& Collect service, paid the amount in full and waiting to get notified to collect the order. your app says order is processing for so long. As per your advertisement, it says the item will be ready if the order is placed before 3:30 P.M. But i have not yet been notified about my order.

بحطو مجموعة من نفس الاواعي عاساس عليها خصم وبس نشتري ونخلص بنكتشف انهم حاسبين السعر بدون الخصم.. يعني لو انها قطعة وحدة بحكي بالغلط بس اكتر من قطعة من نفس النوع مو محطوطين بالغلط.. ووحدة من القطع ملزق عليها السعر بعد الخصم والباقين ما عليهم بتوخدي وحدة تانية عشان المقاس بقومو بحسبوها بدون خصم وكانه مش كل القطع نفس السعر 😡 بضحكو عالناس
