I always loved shopping at Max. Good quality at reasonable prices. Unfortunately, I think I need to report a couple of times I had bad experience with employees that indicate a critical problem with customer care. The latest incident was today when I asked an employee about the bathroom, he told me we don't have a bathroom here. I took his words very seriously and replied "Where is the bathroom do you use here?", he replied back with a big smile pointing to the shop door: "We use a bathroom in any near shop Haha!" That was a very bad situation for me. It was the first time I experience this at a shop I love.

your website and app has this promo of free delivery with code NS1... which wasn't working...I called the help line... first of all that women on the phone was half lost as in she was not there then she lies that offer has ended....I checked on my app the promo code was still advertised ....I said it's valid and showing but the code is not accepting... she said no it has ended..I said then update your app and website... she said yes we will do that but quite rudely ..... train your staff and stay away from false advertisements.....

أنا أول مرة بعرف أنو المشي بالمحل بزيد سعر البضاعة !!! يعني بنكتب علستاند السعر مثلا ٤ ولما توصل الكاش بصير السعر فجأه ٥.٥٠!! حركات الخدع هاي مش متوقعة من ماكس !! 😲

iam an old customer for max....but today I've decided never again ! I have purchased multiple pieces while the offer period on Tuesday ....today I head back there to switch a piece of them, its price on the offer is 5jd and I selected another piece with the price of also 5jd it's a simple switch with the same price items 😑....so why to charge me an extra 1.5jd if I want to make the switch🤨 ...saying that the old piece value is less than 5jd when I pay for it 5jd on Tuesday !!! 😡actually I got furious to a level that I paid the extra amount cause all I wanted is only to get out of the shop asap it's a clear fraud ...and i will never head back to max ever again
