Gulf mall branch has issues with customer service. Not professional to use name tags, but a cashier with black earing and tattoo was so rude and doesn't know how to respect a customer.

I always loved shopping at Max. Good quality at reasonable prices. Unfortunately, I think I need to report a couple of times I had bad experience with employees that indicate a critical problem with customer care. The latest incident was today when I asked an employee about the bathroom, he told me we don't have a bathroom here. I took his words very seriously and replied "Where is the bathroom do you use here?", he replied back with a big smile pointing to the shop door: "We use a bathroom in any near shop Haha!" That was a very bad situation for me. It was the first time I experience this at a shop I love.
