The worst online shopping experience that I have ever had! Made an order 3 weeks ago of 9 items received 5 out of 9 and been chasing them for 2 weeks now to either receive the remaining items or refund my money ! Very unhelpful team, no solution given ! Do not purchase from them

The WORST shopping experience I've ever had! They replaced the colors of the items and the sizes were mixed, and to make matters worse, the quality of the clothes was absolute TRASH. Very very poor quality, if any! They ended up in the garbage and the money I paid is wasted. This was the first time and of course the LAST time dealing with this pathetic excuse of a brand! Not recommended.

الذهاب للشراء من المحل ممتازة لكن الشراء اون لاين لا انصحكم بها نهائيا والله ان اللي عاملة صفحة تسوق مبتدىء افضل منهم بمليون مرة معايا مرتجع لم استطيع ارجاعة بيوعدوني كذب بعد ارسال الف ايميل لهم ومع ذلك نفس الوعود ونفس الكذب

اشتريت بنطلون واغراض تانية من فرع الاستقلال مول عمان وانا واقفة عند الكاش ما تحركت لسى بقولهم رجعولي البنطلون فكرت سعره اقل عالتنزيلات.. ما رضيو يلغوه عن الفاتورة قال ما عنا سياسة ترجيع.. ترجيع شو وانا لسى واقفة عالكاش.. اسوأ محل👎👎

no way to return or replace an item purchased online from the app although it is written on the app that they offer easy return process , the order is not even delivered on the app , only shipped that's why i can't return , not responsive on messenger or on emails , plus my shukran card points didn't increase after i ordered and recieved ... not recommended at all

شركة كذابة( فرع طرابلس لبنان) الموظفة بتقول سعر المنتج عالستاند شي، و على الصندوق سعره بيطلع غير ( زيادة اكثر من نصف سعر المنتج على الصندوق) ، و بالآخر بقولوا انت ما سألتي، و ممنوع الاسترجاع ، بيجبروك تدفع سعره. اوقح من هيك مافي 🤷🏻‍♀️
