Worst post-purchase customer service ever Regret buying from them my Elba oven To get a spare part you must call at least 10 times to request it Even for something as simple as the oven knob which broke after 2 months of purchase and took 4 months of calls and visits to replace Now the second knob broke, and I have been calling for 2 weeks and did not receive an answer yet

Appliances are not available and spare parts necessary for installation are not available. I’m having a very hard time installing my appliances after waiting such a long time to even get them. Totally not recommended to buy their appliances with such a delayed and lousy service!!! الخدمه أصبحت سيئه جدا و الوقت للتركيب و التشغيل طويل جدا بسبب نقص بعض قطع الغيار و قلة العماله. منصحش اي حد يشتري Elba or Gorenja في مصر.

أسوء خدمة ما بعد البيع، شفاط الأبخرة اللي بيركب فوق البوتجاز في مشكلة من اول يوم و مش عايزين يحلوا المشكلة الشفاط بيهنج و بيشتغل و يغير السرعات لوحده بدون تدخل و هو شغال بيطفي لوحده و يغير سرعته لوحده و ده اول ما بيجي عليه بخار!!!

Worst experience ever with the most unprofessional team. They keep assigning you to appointments and never come, and their customer service team is useless and don’t just do anything. The head of technicians is rude and doesn’t reply. I’ve used my dryer for a very few times after purchase that was 3 years ago to suddenly find it stop working. And after several technician visits they informed me that the disc inside wasn’t working and that it should be replaced completely. After several arguments they’ve told me that they ordered it in December and up until April it didn’t arrive. In April, they came to take my dryer to replace the part and they’ve just returned it today full with water and after that long wait the technician found out that the cables and all the inside parts were full of water; thus, they weren’t able to make it work and scheduled me for another appointment.

أسوأ توكيل في مصر ما بعد خدمة البيع و التركيب. مش هشتري أي منتج هما وكيلهم في مصر. عشر مكالمات و حجز و تأكيد ميعاد ولا حياة لمن تنادي. توبة والله
