12 march 2025 i bought here a sim card with 30 gb and they said that it will be valid for 28 days. But now vodafone send me messages that the bundle will be expired shortly, before april 2025. A staff in the another vodafone office at Senzo mall said it is a vodafone system bug, and they cant help me.

Wir haben am Flughafen in Hurgada eine 33 GB Karte für 16€ gekauft. Wir konnten bis zum Schluss nicht einsehen wie viel GB wir tatsächlich hatten erst am letztem Tag kam eine Mail das wir noch 4 GB von 20 GB übrig haben. Ich würde daher raten nicht am Flughafen eine Karte zu kaufen, wer Wert auf die volle GB Anzahl legt.

Betrug. Vodafone Egypt ist eigentlich der beste Anbieter - überall in Ägypten relativ stabiles Internet. Dieser Laden ist aber ein scam! Die Preise sind wahnsinnig hoch und man bekommt nicht das, was man bezahlt. Ich habe 33GB für umgerechnet 16€ gekauft. Nachdem ich mich in meinen Vodafone-Account eingeloggt habe, habe ich gesehen, dass ich nur 20 GB erhalten habe + 13 Flex-Einheiten (äquivalent zu 13 MB). Absoluter Schrott! Geht lieber in einen Vodafone Shop in Hurghada - die Karten sind günstiger und nicht so ein Scam! Absolute Geldverschwendung.

Заплатили 20$ за 60 ГБ,дістали 45!Потім єгиптяни дивуються що туристи кожен раз агресивніші і вже і не хочеться від них жодних послуг! Лишіть ті 15 ГБ собі💪А я останній раз користуюсь вашими послугами! Пакет був куплений 22.04.2025 близько 17:00 .Вихід з айропорту Хургади!Дякую за Ваш дуже "великий прийом"!

Auch in unserem Fall Betrug: 2 SIM Karten mit angeblichen 33GB gekauft. Erhalten haben wir 10 GB SIM Karten ! Ich konnte das vor Ort checken, da wir noch auf 2 Handys die „Ana Vodafone- App“ aufgrund regelmäßiger Reisen nach Ägypten hatten. Prompt gab es andere Sim Karten. Als Tip: sofern ihr eine Sim Karten Packung mit der Aufschrift „Plus 155“ bekommt, sind es Prepaid- Pakete mit max. 10 GB Datenvolumen, die gibt es in jedem Shop für ca 160 LE zzgl Registrierungsgebühr. Sofort auf Tausch inkl. Registrierung bestehen, dann solltet ihr auch das bekommen wofür ihr bezahlt habt.

I don't think those representatives work really for Vodafone Egypt. And if they do , they shouldn't be. First of all , the POS is always not working ( over 4 times during 2 years , same answer) Second, as an Egyptian, i expected to find a local sim card , with local plans. Guess what ??!!! Only touristical sim packages with touristy prices ( doesn't matter local or foreign currencies ) and no matter how much i explained i don't need those touristy packs , the representative insisted he has only those expensive limited options. It's a shame , to be in an important entry point in Egypt and find those backward minds.

После покупки симки интернет работал пару часов, после уже не было. Не думали, что в аэропорту даже на официальной стойке оператора такой развод может быть. Продают практически пустую симку, чтобы интернета хватило только до поездки в отель. А дальше уже не захочется ехать разбираться, потому что такси туда и обратно дороже симки стоить будет.

Ich habe 4 simkarten gekauft jeweil mit 30 gb für 15€ pro karte.. alle karten haben lediglich 10gb… auf garkeinen fall vertrauen alles verlogen…ich habe auf den komentar vom Anbieter reagiert und wurde danach auch noch als Lügner dargestellt absolute frechheit!!!!! NIE WIEDER!!!

Vous êtes vraiment des voleurs on a pris 2 puces de 35 gb on arrivant à l’hôtel, j’ai constaté qu’ils nous ont envoyé que 10gb ils appellent ça plus155 ….c’est vraiment un piège ne croyait pas que les meufs en foulard c’est des anges ….avant de partir veuillez bien confirmer que vous avez reçu le bon montant. Sinon vous ne payez pas parceque l’arnaque commence la…et même quand j’ai appelé le service client c’est des magouilleur, ils répondent vraiment pas à vos questions, et pourtant je parle en arabe.conclusion : plus jamais chez vous

I think everyone has the same problem.I bought Today from Vodafone Simkart 25 GB the lady said to me for 1 Months I can used but sense I used 4 Hours the I have no Internet no GB just These are liars and scammers all they want your Money.buy it in the City much better Don't Buy at The Airport they are fake

This branch located in the Hurghada Airport is an entire scam!! Landed to Hurghada International Airport and picked up two SIM cards for me and wife. I asked the the sales guys when would I get the internet? The sales guy said, I'll update your data right now and 5 min you'll have you internet working perfect. Trusted him given his working for the company's branch (which I shouldn't, TBH), and left outside the airport. I was in urgent need to call an Uber to go to the hotel after a long trip. Kept checking the internet until I got fed up and the security officer didn't let me get in the airport again.l to speak to this sales person. So jumped on with my family (5 persons) to normal taxis. All this was on Saturday, today in Wednesday without internet. Additionally, they sold me 200 min. I tried to call this Vodaphone twice, then I got an answer machine saying that my credit has finished, lol. I even couldn't talk to anyone. Also, all the 1 million numbers that Vodaphone has online did

1. Înșelătoarie.. 🙄Am cumpărat din aeroport două cartele de câte “35GB” internet cu 15 euro fiecare. Cineva din hotel m-a ajutat să văd cât GB am și mi-a arătat ca defapt acele cartele aveau doar 10GB fiecare. Oriunde vreți să cumpărați. Spuneți ca vreți să stici cum puteți verifica cat internet aveți pe cartelă. Încercați mai bine să cumpărați din hoteluri. 2. Semnalul este foarte slab.

Właśnie wróciłem z urlopu w Hurgadzie powiem tak nie dajcie się nabrać na ten ich reklamowany hit 10 euro za 45 GB internetu bo tyle na pewno niema i żeby sprawdzić trzeba zainstalować aplikacje ANA VODAFON ale na polskich telefonach nie zainstalujecie tej aplikacji miałem modem przenośny i działał bez problemu zasięg w moim hotelu był ok po zanim też.

Купила симкарту с 35GB за 15$, в отеле проверила баланс после активации симкарты. Оказалось, что продали только 10GB. На сайте реальная цена этого тарифа была около 4$. Обманщики!

Покупал симкарту за 15 долларов на 35 гигабайт. По итогу оказалось 10 гигабайт. И это не было ошибкой или недопониманием, потому что у них там прямо прайс лист с кучей тарифов, которые люди выбирали. Я конечно тупанул, что не проверил по отзывам эту точку до вылета, купился на очередь. Я не против наценки в несколько долларов за то, что точка находится в аэропорту, но это было очень нагло. В общем пацаны в аэропорту рубят бабки, а Vodafone с этим ничего не делает)

Update: they deactivated my sim card after 5 hours. Paid 15€ for a 32gb sim on the 9th of September, they will tell you you can't check balance it takes two hours, they will not tell you the USSD code "* 868 * 1 # "to check it. I got a 5gb sim instead of 32gb from them. Scammers do not buy with them. Customer support will copy and paste the same response here they will never actually respond or fix anything.
