They will send notif that ur parcel is on the way but never delivered . Then next day ull received another notif saying the reason for cancellation of delivery was because i rescheduled the day of delivery!! How that happened? No one even called me ! Then the courrier will never answer the call nor messages. U better change ur delivery partner to J&T or Ali express cuz They never missed my address !

اخر تعامل مع ماكس لاني اشتريت بنطلون قبل كده من تاني لابسه اتقطع قولت صدفه ، اشتريت تشيرت سنه اللي فات اتخرم ، السنه دي اشتريت تشيرتات من عندكم واحد من اول لابسه اتقطع من فوق وتاني من اول لابسه برضه اتخرم واضح أن جوده سيئه جدا ومش بيحصل معايا كده مع أي براند تانيه بتعامل معاها فعليا اخر تعامل

لم يتم حل مشكلتي بخصوص مبلغ الائتمان المسترد و لم يتم رد نقودي و تم مسح المنتج من صفحة التطبيق كأنه لم يكن موجودا رغم إعادتي له إليهم و اتصالي بخدمة العملاء قبل الاسترجاع للابلاغ عن المشكلة و بعدها أيضا عدة مرات و وعدوني أكثر من مرة بأنه سيتواصل معي الفريق المعنى بحل المشكلة لكن لم يتواصل او يتصل احد إطلاقا... فشكرا على سوء المعاملة و انصح بعدم الشراء و التعامل معهم

موقع بشع طلبت ارجع الاوردر محدش جه و لا حد تواصل روحت ارجعه في الفرع قالوا لازم اونلاين و حاجة اخر عبث لحد ما ال ١٤ يوم فاتوا و انا كنت عايزة ابدل مقاسات اصلا مش ارجعه دهغير ان سعر لو عوزت تبدل من الفرع الحاجات سعرها اغلى و بيدفعوك الفرق ف يعني حاجة سخيفة جدا اخر مرة اشتري منكم بجد

Last night they sent msg that my order is ready to be picked up at the mall of qatar branch. and i can pick before 28th of February And now they are sending msg that they cancelled it because i didn't pick it up last night. Worse service ever and i ordered many orders in the last few days for cash on delivery and even paid for one home delivery pkg during ordering and yesterday they cancelled it without any reason. today they sent the msg that my delivery is on its way and after a few minutes they cancelled it again. worst professional behavior. if they can't deliver then why they took order online don't recommend them

موظفين الكاشات يفقدون حسن التعامل مع الجمهور ..وكذلك عند استبدل القطعة الموجود عليها عروض بقيس اكبر او اصغر تفقد الخصم الممنوح لك بالعرض ..وعند مراجعه الموظف يخبرك ان هذا السستم وان موظف البيع يجب اخبارك بذلك ...فقدان للمهنية والمصداقية

Pathetic customer service and got myself misbehaved by your agent khaled /ghaled. 4 days and i didn't get my parcel. Rider is not contacting and putting address not found. i called as many as times on helpline but in vain. They are not cancelling my order and not returning the amount and overmore their call centre staff is saying on recorded call write my name do whatever you want.

بجد خدمه سيئه جدا طلبت اوردر من اكتر من اسبوع والمفروض معاد التسليم من ١٠ ايام لحد الان لم استلم الاوردر وتم التواصل اكتر من مره بيكون الرد ان تم تسليم الشحنه لارامكس وعند التواصل مع خدمه عملاء ارامكس وتتبع الشحنه بتظهر ان الشحنه لم يتم تسليمها لارامكس فقط تم انشاء شحنه طيب انا اتواصل مع مين علشان استلم للاسف خدمه عملاء ماكس معندهمش رد كل الي بيقولوه هنصعد شكوي وبس لمده ١٠ ايام بيصعدوا شكوي بدون اي حل او رد وبجد مش عارفه اوصل لحل
