Very very very bad experience !!! I have been stolen yesterday from max store at @al Qasr mall - Riyadh and the manager of the branch did nothing at all ! He just made himself a partner in the crime ! He Did not help me and did not even try to show me the cameras even after he saw me in a bad shock ! Do not go there please!!!

Worst customer service experience. if you could not offer the discounts then don't post them on your website. how come a Buy 1 get 1 free was posted in error!!!! BAD scheme sir... BTW..even if we try to purchase 2, it is charging us for both at the checkout instead of 1...

I had worst online shopping experience with max.Every morning they sent msg that my order is out for delivery and at night they sent msg that its not delivered and they will arrange delivery later..I order from so many other brands and never faced such horrible experience. I complained on thier facebook messanger as well as their hotline number but didn't recieve my parcel. I will never prefer to shop from Max again

I ordered online on 15 November 2022 which included gift for my mum and I haven’t yet received it. This is the worst experience I have had so far. Very poor delivery service for such a big brand name. I called Max support service multiple times and they have not been helpful, all they do is follow up with delivery company. The delivery company has called me only twice to fix the date and time for availability. Today without calling the delivery is failed, this is so untrue!! I would rather order from other stores than Max and waste my time and efforts in following up every single day!!! Very very disappointing from such a well know brand. And there is no way to change the mode of delivery. All I can say now is it’s waste of my money, time and efforts.

One of the worst ever customer service always canceling my order saying rejected by the customer from no where i am cancelling and on complaining no action is taken very very disappointed would never recommend anyone to order online I am facing this problem and no one is even bothered to check on my issue .

I have order one chapel from max online Order No:9426885881 And its Brocken in very first use. My child doesn’t use more than five minutes, it’s broken and i tried to contact with your oasis mall sharjah outlet and there is no good response and after i spoke with your customer support advisor and they also tell they will contact in one day now 2 days no one update and it’s totally loss for us. May i ask you one thing there is no guarantee for your products chapels from max is only for one day use i like to know about this. Mufeed +971508870095
