Worst customer service I’ve dealt with in a long time. Their promo code promotions are **not the same as what they market** – it feels misleading. On top of that, the **points redemption process is a nightmare**: confusing, slow, and extremely frustrating. They clearly **don’t care about customers’ time**, and there is **no proper follow-up** on complaints. I raised issues and never got a proper resolution or even a meaningful update. Overall, very disappointing and I would not recommend them.

شركة سيئة للغايه حجزت من خلالهم والرحله اتلغت من شركة الطيران وطلبت استرداد المبلغ كما اخبروني في شركة الطيران عند التواصل مع فلاي ان ارجعوا اقل من خمس المبلغ المدفوع بداعي ان شروط شركة الطيران هي كذلك وبعد التأكد من شركة الطيران قالوا لي ان من حقي التمن كله لا انصح بالتعامل معهم شركه غير أمينه وخدمة العملاء سيئه جدا ان ردوا عليك أصلا

I had a terrible customer experience. My flight was canceled, and since then I am asking for my refund. I sent several e-mails, but never received a response. Please take your customer’s complain seriously. I am waiting to be contacted regarding my refund ASAP.
