الرحله من بدايتها وحتى وصولها كانت ممتازه جدا وتعامل راقي وحلو من الطاقم الموجود بالخارج وطاقم الطائره ولكن لكل قاعده شواذ، خدمة العملاء وتحديدا شخص واحد وبايخ جدا في التعامل، انا فقدت عبوة زمزم ولما بجي بستفسر منه بيقول لي ما عندي زمزم وبي اسلوب كانو انا اللي جبرتو يشتغل وبسالو للمره التانيه وبقول ليهو انا ما عايز اشتري اناعندي عبوة شحنتها وما لاقيها بيقول لي بنفس الاسلوب وبدون حتى يشوفني "ما عندي زمزم" هي العبوه بي ١٣ ريال ولو ما انها زمزم خسارة اصلا اني اسأل قلت ليهو شكرا ومشيت اول واخر مرة وعمرها ما حتتكرر

I had a flight SM502 from Sharjah (SHJ) to Cairo (CAI) on 12 May 2026. Baggages for all the passengers and mine from that flight did not arrive at the destination and its current whereabouts remain unknown. My matter is extremely urgent, as I have a scheduled international flight to Italy in 16 May 2026. As a result of this situation, I am already forced to purchase essential items. I wanted to write a complaint about lost my luggage but the link is not working properly. Also an employee gave me wrong Claim reference number. One worker (woman) in Cairo airport scream on me and had a bad attitude and unpolite behaviour. I filmed her but other employees asked me to delete it and apologised for that situation. I'm not recommending to fly with that company never ever, better to pay more and be calm about safety of yourself and your baggage. The only one plus for 1 star that staff from the Cairo airport tried to help me.

They cancelled our flight from Hurgada to Cairo and rescheduled it for 4.30pm the exact same time with our connecting flight from cairo to Athens!!! We couldn’t reach them nor the phone or internet. We had to pay an early flight with another airlines so we are in time to Cairo and settle this down. When we arrived to cairo at 1pm we went to Aircairo office where a rude and ignorant lady was making gestures saying “I don’t care what you are telling me, if you want send your complaint with an email”. First time I leave a bad review, but for this “company” and for the respect to other travelers I had to do it!

I was physically assaulted by their pilot on the flight. They don’t respond to their email despite 6 reminders. The case is now with the police. تم التعدي علي جسديا بالضرب من قبل طيار هذه الشركة. لا رد من خدمة العملاء. تم بدا الاجراءات القانونية.

overbooking. У меня были посадочные билеты при онлайн-регистрации, но меня нагло выставили вон, потому что AirCairo продала все билеты, включая мои! туркомпании Red See. Вместо прямого перелета предложили перелет с пересадкой следующей ночью на 10 часов длиннее. Это они решают полетите вы сегодня или нет. Ужасно.

Wir sind schon oft mit Air Cairo unterwegs gewesen, auch innerhalb von Ägypten. Bis jetzt immer pünktlich, freundliches Bordpersonal und zum Teil auch neue Flugzeuge.
