It was the worst sushi experience I have ever had, the lowest quality sushi i have ever eaten, the lowest hygiene level in the restaurant, the food took an hour to be served , the items which are supposed to be served hot came very cold, the size of the pieces are very small compared to any other restaurants.

Food quality is the best - the place needs to be cleaner - service was good and friendly - Recommended but they need to take care of the decoration and the cleanliness of the place.

Lately they have been cheating in the numbers of sushi they provide One time we ordered 80 they got us 75 only one other time We ordered 100 they got us 82 and started trying to get away with it and in the end they only gave us 12 more which is stealing One other time they announced there is discount from 1 to 3 we ordered at 2 and they said it’s not applicable now guess what? They send the full bill with no discount with the discount paper!!!!!

Today was my first time to visit the restaurant, heliopolis branch and I was completely disappointed because of finding a worm in my Terryaki sauce just when I was starting to eat my Sushi for which I waited long until it was served. Additionally, there were those small flies flying over the sushi when it was served. I'm very frustrated because I ordered online many times from the restaurant and the food quality was very good, the thing that motivated me to pay them a visit. I won't recommend eating there until they pay attention to their hygiene and how they store such kind of sensitive food.

Been trying to order a delivery for a week and calling them as early as i can but they always find excuses and not accepting my order, And when i asked about the manager to speak with, the guy on phone said he is the manager. - P.S i called them at 1:40 even their closing time is 5:00 pm and he said he just can’t deliver. Am not visiting them any more even after quarantine ends.
