food is absolutely horrendous not for human consumption there's nothing for my children we have been here 5 days and not managed eat a thing some of the staff are rude .there's not much entertainment for kids or adults definitely wouldn't stay here or recommend this place how it's got 4 star in will never know total waste of money can't wait go home holidays ruined 😪

Given the furthest possible room with no working wifi, took 3 days to resolve. Been here a week so far and the bed linen hasn’t been changed once. Air con is full of mold and we’ve developed coughs! Food options are limited to little choice for western cultures. To make matters worse my daughter slipped in a pool of ice cream in the reception foyer and dislocated her knee! After spending the day in hospital the General Manager Muhammad Hassam was disgustingly rude to my wife and blamed us for the ordeal. Funny now wet floor signs are littered all over the place when there wasn’t a single site of one before her accident. We’ll be launching a compensation claim through our travel provider as our complaints were met with aggressive nonchalant behaviour. Do better MR HASSAM where is your humility 🤬

Stanza spaziosa, personale molto gentile e disponibile, cibo abbondante, molta scelta, buona qualità. Unica nota negativa: l'hotel si trova sulla rotta di atterraggio pertanto di notte ti arrivano ogni 10 minuti un airbus nel cervello

اكسبرينس كروسيز اكوا بريمير ياريت تخلوا بالكم عشان متدفعوش مبلغ كبير عالفاضي حقيقي تجربة مش هتتكرر تاني وصلنا الفندق الساعة ١٠ تقريبا خلصنا اجراءت الدخول وقالو check in الساعة ٢ فضلنا في الريسبشن للساعة ٣ ونص لحد مجهزت الغرف اول حاجة الاسانسير الي بيوصل للغرف مش شغال بنطلع وننزل علي السلم *الفندق المفروض all inclusive حاطين extra charge علي معظم السناكات (فشار و ايس كريم ….)وبعد الساعة ١٢ بليل البار بتاع الريسبشن كله extra charge 😅😅 *الاستاف معظهم مش كلهم بصراحة مكشرين ومعاملتهم مع المصريين مش كويسة خصوصا استاف البار الي علي pool *الحمامات ريحتها وحشة جدا سواء الي عالبول او الريسبشن *النضافة مش احسن حاجة هخلي الصورة تحت للعدوي الي حصلت غير الهرش والحكة في جسمنا معظم الوقت *العيادة extra charge مع ان الاصابة الي حصلت كانت بسبب الاكوا بارك هخلي الصور تحت *مفيش امانة يعني لو نسيت اي حاجة خاصة ليك هترجع مش هتلاقيها ضاع منا مسدسات مية ولما راجعو الكاميرات لقو الي اخدها اطفال (( ع ر ب ٤٨)) وهما الي قالو كدا بلسانهم بس رجعوا جابو مسدسات غيرها تعويض عنها 👍 *اخر موقف اليوم الي قبل منمشي طالعين من الاكوا بارك لقينا فوطة ناقصة مش موجودة واحنا بنعمل check out صمموا ندفع تمنها 750 جنيه ورفضوا يفتحوا الكاميرات وقالو هتاخد وقت واضطرينا ندفع لان معانا اطفال والباص كان واقف مستني برا قدام الفندق (مميزات الفندق موجودة في اي فندق ٣ نجوم )

We didn’t arrive until 1am so we missed the first day, however on the last day they stop all inclusive at 12:00, when I wasn’t happy they said we could continue with this as we weren’t being collected until 19:05- however when we went for dinner they told us we couldn’t get any food. This hotel has rude reception staff, the à la carte restaurants are poor (except the Italian). If you wanted to keep your room they advised it was 40usd- but when you go to reception they then tell you this is per person- the hotel is a rip off. Shame as all the bar staff and waiters are lovely- but the hotel trying to rip you off really lets this down and leaves a sour taste in your mouth.

Avoid avoid unless you want uncooked cold food and be ill whilst away return home still no better had a meeting with restaurant manager to tell him about food ect then whilst we were in "an a la carte restaurant" dont be fooled just means its from tbe main restaurant from a different day he sat behind us i felt very intimidated AVOID AVOID AVOID Much nicer hotels but tjis is definitely NOT A FIVE START HOTEL

This is the most worst hotel, managers, customer relations and customer sercise if you want to fight , lose your money - bad attitude.. fine go to them
