Extremely Poor Customer Service Experience at Tie House Al Abram Branch in Cairo, Egypt Review: I recently visited Tie House's Al Abram branch in Cairo, Egypt, and had an incredibly disappointing experience with the branch manager. The manager was not only rude and offensive but also insisted that I leave my personal bag containing essential documents and money behind the counter, citing it as store policy. When I questioned this unusual request, mentioning my extensive travel experiences across continents, the manager responded by shouting and displaying unprofessional behavior. His staff even had to intervene and escort him away from the situation. This level of customer service was appalling, and I have never encountered such disrespect in any establishment before. I strongly advise others to avoid shopping at this store, as my money and time are far too valuable to be wasted on such disrespectful treatment.
