I order the combo package thinking I can save with this, it is not indicated on how many ML it is and considering the price we assume that it is the 500 ml, now we want to cancel the order but there is no way to do so. There site is a crap that you cannot cancel any order, the said forms that you need to cancel the order is not available. Very disappointing.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Worst experience I’ve had with them Their website does not show any delivery status, and they do not provide any contact number for the courier company. The lack of transparency and follow-up made it extremely frustrating. I always loved their products, but with such poor service and unnecessary delays, I would rather deal with other brands that actually respect their customers’ time.

الاوردر وصل غلط و التواصل سيء جدا نظرا لان مفيش استرجاع من السايت لان الفورم فيها خطأ تقني و الموبايل اللي على السايت مغلق من اسبوع بيردوا على مسج الانستجرام هنبلغ التيم و هيتواصلوا معاكي كل مره بتواصل معاهم فيها

جربت ال temp tone وهي اه بتسيب لون لكن بتطلع فالايد حتي بعد ما الشعر ينشف كل ما تلمسي شعرك بايدك أو اي حاجة الصبغة بتطلع. العبوة تلت اربعها هوا واللون عشان يبان فالشعر الاسود لازم كمية كبيرة تتحط يعني احتاجت استخدم عبوة فالمرة وشعري قصير وكنت عايزة أصبغ بس الأطراف.

I like the hair addict products. But I have a serious issue with their delivery. For the 3rd time this past year, delivery takes much more than the advertised timeline. This is quite annoying and even when I reach to customer service they do not give concrete answers or timelines.

Worst products I’ve tried. The oil did absolutely nothing for hair growth and I honestly don’t understand how السدر is being marketed as a shampoo On top of that, I never subscribed to your promotional messages yet I keep receiving unwanted ads. It’s very disappointing that a company operating like this doesn’t even provide a proper customer service number and the one I managed to find is never answered. This clearly shows a lack of care for customers. Overall, a very poor experience and not a brand I would recommend.

انا استخدمت حنة من انواع مختلفة على مدار سنين اول مرة استعمل حنة بالجودة دى اتبعت تعليمات الخلط بالظبط وماعجنتش بزيوت وغسلت شعرى بشامبو جوز هند واستعملت هير ماسك وبس اتفاجئت بنتيجة ممتازة الشعر طري وناعم ولامع ومافيش هيشان ولا تقصيف والانديجو فعلا بيطفى لون الحنة الاورنج اللى بيظهر مع الشيب

نصابين اهدنا منتج والشحن قال ممنوع الفتح ودفعنا الفلوس نقدى وفتحنا لقينا حاجه تانيه خامه رديء ومش هى المطلوبه وبقى لنا اسبوعين لنحاول تسترد الفلوس بيسوفوا ويقول شركة الشحن هى اللى ح ترجعهم وشويه حاضر. يا افندم ح تحولهم اليوم ولا فيه اى شئ نصب
