I don’t recommend the hair addict diffuser its a trap its horrible Its silicone so once u put in on ur hair it keeps folding the worst experience ever and tried to return it they said no as is used once They know the product and they know its bad كل ما لجى استعمله بيدخل لجوا عشان هو سيليكون يعنى بقضى الوقت بطلعه لبره بدل ما انشف شعرى وحش جدا جدا جدا و كل الكوافيرات قالوا انه مش حلو بعد ما حاولت ابيعه محدش راضى يشتريه و هو سعره ٤٥٠ و بحاول ابيعه حتى ب ٢٠٠ مش بيتباع

i bought the indian recipe from a hair salon, and when i opened it and started using it i discovered that the pump was broken, so i contacted u, and u gave me a phone number for the customer services. they replied after 2 days, apologized, and confirmed that they will send me a new pump. after a week i contacted them again telling them that nobody called me to deliver the pump. the problem is i needed to use the oil, and because the pump is broken, half of the bottle spilled on my hair. i paid 370 pounds to receive good quality oil for my hair, instead i received a broken pump which cost me half of the bottle in only one time. can u tell how your customer service will do for that? and who is gonna pay for the spill of the oil because u just made a bottle with a broken pump. you have a very good reputation regarding the products, but unfortunately the customer service is so careless to the extent that i lost half of my money in this bottle.

I strongly recommend the "Shine On- Bionike" Hair color ❤️ especially that I have had allergy problems with hair dyes. It is PPD free which is one of the harshest ingredients that can be found in hair dyes and the main reason for dangerous allergies. It is ammonia & gluten free and contains no preservatives. It really gives a lovely shiny color to my hair.

I was removed from the group because the admin (the one in the comments) couldn’t handle a debate regarding their new hair ambassador. Very childish and really just reveals the truth, I know you’ll remove this comment too because you’re THAT fragile, but I’ll be glad for people to know till you remove it how childish you people are and not trustworthy as well and that you use this group for a big sabooba for your overpriced products 😊 please thank your admin for me I saved screenshots of the whole thing and I’ll make sure people see and read themselves to know what really happened on that post.
