تم شراء من خلال موقع puma egypt و تقسيط من خلال ابلكيشن sympl و تم تاكيد الاوردر و نظام الدفع و اتبلغت تانى يوم الان الاوردر فيه مشكله و مش حيتبعت تمام و طلع ان ده موقع Ra Sport طلبت استرداد المبلغ المدفوع deposit و الغاء المعامله التى تمت من خلال تقسيط sympl و كان الرد فى خلال اسبوع مع ان ده حصل مع adidad & guru و تم الالغاء تانى يوم بعد اسبوع بعت اسأل قالوا بعد ١٤ يوم مفروض الالغاء تانى يوم و ال refund بياخد الوقت ده الفلوس ترجع للفيزا حتى مفيش مصداقيه لا على موقعهم و لا موظف الى بيبعت على الواتساب حاجه فى منتى الاستهتار بفلوس الناس تجربه اكيد محبش حد يعيدها جهاز حماية المستهلك المصري PUMA Group PUMA PUMA Running

Extremely Disappointing Experience I had a very bad experience with this company. After placing my order online, I was contacted to inform me that one of the products I purchased (which was part of a bundle) was out of stock. I was forced to choose a replacement item, which delayed the process. A few days later, I was told that my order still wasn’t processed and that I needed to confirm my replacement choices again—this caused more unnecessary delays. When I finally received my order, one of the items was the wrong size (too large), making it unusable. I tried to contact customer service multiple times to request an exchange, but no one responded. The lack of communication and poor service made the entire experience extremely frustrating. I would not recommend this company to anyone due to their poor customer service and inability to handle orders efficiently.

Very disappointing experience. I returned my order (after following all their instructions) and although they confirmed receiving the item, they stopped replying to my messages and never provided proof that the refund was processed. I’ve been following up since August with no clear response. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating customer service — I would not recommend buying from them.
