لما اكون جايبه بنطلون من pull&Bear اقل من شهر ويحصل كدا وتاني مره يتلبس ولا اتغسل ولا عملت فيه اي حاجة وبمبلغ كبير وللأسف الفاتورة مش معايا عشان اروح أخد حقي اعمل ايه .. حاجة منتهي حرقة الدم .. الواحد يجيب لبس محترم من فين بعد كدا Pull&Bear

للأسف الموظفين ماعندهم امانه يحاسبو و بكيفهم يرجعو اللي يبغوه يعني مثلا باقي لي 10جنيه يروح يرجع لي 5 طيب الباقي وين ؟؟؟ ماحبيت الحركه مره حسيت استغلال للسياح العرب والأفضل تجنب دا الفرع بالمستقبل

The other day we tried to buy a trouser but they didn’t have the size at the store they suggested that I pay for it and it will be delivered from another store and I can pick it up in 2-3 days max, a week goes by and without a call so I went to check and was still nothing so I asked for a refund but the staff refused and was very rude, so I went home and contacted the support just to inform me that my order got cancelled and I should go to the branch to get my refund, never do online order with them if you don’t want to waste your time and try to avoid Mall of Egypt branch if you don’t want to deal with rude staff

Definitely the worst staff and unprofessional customer service, their staff verbally harassed us and even started to fight with us in the middle of the store and after my complaint to the customer service they replied that we spilled drinks on the floor which 100% never happened! We asked for footage for the spilled drink that actually never happened however there is actual footage of their staff leaving the counter to come shout in my face and no store manager was found!!!! No help was provided and bear in mind the scene she caused while we were trying to minimize the situation as we were so embarrassed of her manners!
