hey let me report some garbage customer care service in korba i have been buying from naga for a few years now ive noticed their customer care quality has been dipping somehow their agents have been getting more and more incompetent and rude today i went to grab a pair of jeans from the store the door was open the agent was sitting outside on a bike fiddling with his phone the minute i pushed the door open he came running my way and said "boss ya mr baad el salah" which means he thinks i come on his time maybe ive taught naga to take me for granted which is a wrong that needs fixing im banning Naga for good as a client too many brands have better quality same budget cuz they have been increasing prices for the same medium quality they offer And you know whay its not even at par Their patterns and temates seem off. Too much cloth around the belly for jackets not enough groin for pants. Short zippers. Totally inconsistent You feel they never walked in a menswear store in italy or france

I purchased a jacket and top from Naga Homme in Cairo for 10.2k EGP. At this price point, comparable to many global designer brands, I expected high quality. Instead, within a day I discovered the inside pocket of the jacket was glued rather than stitched and the glue was already peeling — a clear manufacturing defect. By the time I discovered this, I had already travelled to Alexandria, so I visited a Naga Homme branch there to return the item. What followed was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. The store manager, Moattaz, initially claimed refunds could not be processed because the banks in Alexandria are different from Cairo and that this was “store policy.” After explaining that I was flying back to England soon, he said the item would be sent to quality control and asked me to return in three days.
