I had a very positive after sale experience with minilet that really impressed me and thought of sharing it here as this is sth I wish all local brands will provide I ordered 2 bags late October, recieved the order early November & the size of the bag was bigger than I thought ( I needed a specific size ) So I texted them on instagram & they replied that they make the exchange yet the color I wanted was out of stock It took sometime & as soon as it was available they texted me to confirm the exchange I decided then I needed to change the long awaited color & they were very open to help ,checked and came back to me with an approval for the new Color I received my new back yesterday & went out with it today & got many good comments on how elegant it was The bag is very elegant With lots of inner pockets & hooks for key & for closing I’m so happy with their flexibility & follow up BravO 👏🏻👏🏻💚💚

I got two bags from Minilet, the small tote and the big canvas bag.
