We had an amazing experience! We really enjoyed playing ping pong, riding the pedal boat, and trying wakeboarding. Everything was well organized, and the activities were so much fun. A special thank you to Aly, Alaa, and Gamal from the staff. They were incredibly supportive, friendly, and always willing to help, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Their excellent service really stood out. Highly recommend this place, and we can’t wait to come back!

From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth, well organized, and enjoyable. Very disappointing experience. Before visiting, I informed the staff that I was a solo traveler and a foreign visitor. They confirmed that I was welcome and told me to come. However, when I arrived, they refused to let me enter and only offered an apology. The surprising part is that after I contacted the city governor to report the situation, they suddenly changed their decision and allowed me to enter. This should never have happened. If I was not allowed to visit, they should have told me before I traveled there instead of wasting my time. The whole experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and left a very bad impression.

+ The beach is sandy and close to cairo with nice views and sunset with sea and mountains . - service is a disaster. - Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. - Horses are being ridden around the umbrellas and can easily hit anyone. Definitely not recommended.
