سعودى الطيران نفس قصة الدبان ونفس الشعرة فى الجبنة واتصلت بيهم واشتكيت بس تقريباً معملوش حاجة وعايزة أقولك ومترو ماركت فرع ميدان المساحة فى الدقى من اكتر من ١٠ سنين لقيت صرصار ماشى على تلاجة العرض المبردة ودول من أغلى السوبر ماركت

أنا اشتريت رز بسمتي من مترو والنهارده اول مرة افتحه وانا لسه هغسله لاقيت حاجه شكلها غريب شبه براز او معرفش دا ايه شكيت فيها حطيتها ع منديل مبلول نزلت لون بني! اتواصلت معاهم وقالولي مدير الفرع هيكلمك ومحصلش وانا مش مستنية منهم اي حاجه أنا بحذر اي حد بيشتري منهم و محتاجة اعرف لو دا فعلا براز حيوان ازاي الاستهتار بالشكل دا بحياة الناس.

Very poor and overpriced supermarket. Not very clean. Baskets and trolleys placed at exit, a sign of negligent management. Prices are never clear on products. Overall not a pleasant experience

I don't usually do reviews for super markets but I have to say I was impressed by how friendly the staff was! We visited twice during our stay in Cairo and both times they were polite and eager to help! The variety of products and the prices were also very satisfactory.

After you pay, make sure to double-check the items when the staff put them into plastic bags. Sometimes items you paid for are missing. Last time, I bought chicken breast from the meat section, but they had labeled it with the price for turkey instead. When I went back to complain, they did change it back to the chicken breast price, but it’s the kind of supermarket where you constantly have to watch out for being cheated. On top of that, the selection of products isn’t very diverse. It seems best to go there only when absolutely necessary.

The only real supermarket around. All others are just simple shops. It could be even a hypermarket judging by surroundings. Really good variety of products. Everything you could expect.

The place is ok but the staffs are too much. No one is at the cash desk. Always demanding extra money saying they don’t have change. If the staff see someone who can tip them they run behind them for money and if they see you can’t tip them then they will not even put the things you buy in the plastic bag. They should be trained well. Good place but very bad staffs.
