لقد قمت بالشراء من موقعكم ورقم الشحنة44915221105 واستلمها اليوم ولكن هناك أشياء ناقصة بها فقد طلبت ٣ طلبات من اللى عليها عرض اذا اخذت قطعة عليها قطعة مجانا ولكن لم يصلنى من العرض الا قطعة واحدة فقط فارجو التوضيح

Had a very disappointing experience with Online Max Customer service.. I had ordered some items and they delivered some wrong items this happened in December... i had to chase them to get the correct items but their response was so poor that i asked for return and refund(chased them from December to February).. Finally, they collected the return items on 16th Feb.. I had to remind them today and their answer was that the returned items were not scanned (today is 13th march).. So Im still waiting for the refund...

Hello Team, I have bought a belt from Al Fanar Mall, Rakah and within a month the belt getting of with the stitch. Several times i tried to visit the Max Shop but it was closed odd hour which was usually open at the Sale time. I bought this belt and as customer i expect to till it last at least a year, such a bad customer experience . I want a solution for it asap. I have the bill & the pictures of the belt please help in to kindly replace the belt or else refund. it tried with Customer service they say to go store says to contact the customer care!!!!! Seriously ??? I WANT A SOLUTION! Max Fashion #maxbadexperience
