So elegant and decent people.. i ordered a skirt and i received it in 3 days.. they did not include the shipment fees as it was delivered late.. really very professional service😍

The customer service is disappointing. Late replies and no positive actions or considerations.. very late delivery.. They have good designs but unfortunately bad service.. that was my first experience with them

I’m extremely disappointed with the way maisontaj brand is handling issues , I got no response regarding an incorrect order received, no body is answering although I tried to contact them by mail , messages on the website as well as fb chat … I paid almost 1300 LE & I didn’t get my requested order or even a refund, I’ ve been ordering online for a long period and dealt with different brands but this experience is the worst ever, I doubt their sustainability in the market with such an attitude despite their good designs

I made an order on January 16th, waited for a week and then contacted them as I received no news about the order and they responded “ It is a preorder and that they will receive it from the factory this week” which was not mentioned on the website when I placed the order. And then nothing happened and I had to keep asking and they kept replying soon .. finally I received the Order on February 8th The quality is acceptable but the overall experience wasn’t satisfying..

very fashionable designs with good materials...They are always the best choice for me, and they always help me in urgent times and occasions, when I ask them to rush the order, there is a quick response, flexibility in dealing, and speed in responding ...many thanks for all the team ..only the prices are little expensive ❤️🌹💯
