اشتريت منهم بنطلون كان فيه عيب و روحت ارجعه من ال showroom بتاعهم و لانهم رفضوا الاسترجاع جبت منهم قطعة تانية اغلى و دفعت الفرق.. بعد فترة لما فتحتها تاني لقيت فيها عيب مكنش باين في الإضاءة. اتواصلت معاهم عشان ارجعها خدمة العملا بتاعتهم كلمتني بمنتهى قلة الذوق و بتقولي ان ده مش عيب وطبيعة القماشة و كلام كتير و في الاخر اسلوبها كان غير مقبول و عقاباً ليا على اعتراضي مفيش استبدال ولا استرجاع واخبطي راسك في الحيط. انا مارفضتش ادفع ال٧٠ جنيه زي ما هي كاتبة تماما. ليه ابقى بدفع في set 2800 جنيه عشان نشجع المنتجات المحلية اللي مش قادرة حتى تحترم عملاءها؟

So elegant and decent people.. i ordered a skirt and i received it in 3 days.. they did not include the shipment fees as it was delivered late.. really very professional service😍

I’m extremely disappointed with the way maisontaj brand is handling issues , I got no response regarding an incorrect order received, no body is answering although I tried to contact them by mail , messages on the website as well as fb chat … I paid almost 1300 LE & I didn’t get my requested order or even a refund, I’ ve been ordering online for a long period and dealt with different brands but this experience is the worst ever, I doubt their sustainability in the market with such an attitude despite their good designs

I made an order on January 16th, waited for a week and then contacted them as I received no news about the order and they responded “ It is a preorder and that they will receive it from the factory this week” which was not mentioned on the website when I placed the order. And then nothing happened and I had to keep asking and they kept replying soon .. finally I received the Order on February 8th The quality is acceptable but the overall experience wasn’t satisfying..
