Very disappointed with my experience. I ordered through Lychee’s website and chose El Bahr El Azam from their own list, yet I got a call saying it’s “out of zone.” I’m literally at the start of El Bahr El Azam, and then they told me I’d have to pay extra delivery fees! If the website says my area is covered, how can your team just change that? Totally confusing and unprofessional.

This branch is just absolute chaos once you enter you will be welcomed by a puddle of water from the broken down leaking AC, which resulted in melting protien bars in display. After my warm bowl was prepared i kid you not I stood for like 5 minutes because the cashier was too busy laughing and socializing with his colleagues who btw dominated the only table in the shop, and only after i brought their attention to the fact that i need to pay eventually someone came to attend to me So after this horrible experience I had to eat in the street because there was no place for me to sit on the table.
