أتقدم بشكوى ضد صفحة خُـيـــوُطْ - khouyoot على Facebook &Instagram، وذلك بسبب عدم تنفيذ طلب قمت بتأكيده وسداد مقدم مالي قدره 1000 جنيه مصري. بتاريخ 5 أغسطس 2026 تم الاتفاق مع الصفحة على تنفيذ مناديل خاصة بكتب الكتاب، وقمت في نفس اليوم بسداد مبلغ 1000 جنيه كـ«ديبوزت» عن طريق InstaPay. وفقًا لسياسة الصفحة، كان من المفترض أن يتم تسليم الطلب قبل المناسبة بـ3 إلى 5 أيام. إلا أن موعد كتب الكتاب هو غدًا، وحتى الآن لم يتم تسليم الطلب، كما أن الصفحة لا تستجيب لمحاولات التواصل معها.

I ordered a katb el-kitab handkerchief and clearly requested no Arabic date and only “17/4”, but it came with the Arabic date and it was wrong as well. I also tried contacting you multiple times on Instagram but got no response. Very disappointing experience and I do not recommend her.

Our occasion is on the 26th, and despite knowing the deadline, they have failed to deliver on time. This is not just a delay—it shows a complete lack of responsibility and consideration for the customer. We trusted you with something important, paid in advance, and you failed to deliver as promised. ❌❌❌I absolutely do NOT recommend shopping here. Save yourself the stress and frustration and go buy from somewhere that actually respects customers and deadlines.❌❌❌

Extremely bad experience, wrong order, very poor quality and delayed to the night of the event!!!!! To be bombarded with very low quality product!!! Also delivery service is a theft !!!! With a weird guy who wants to take EGP 250 !!!! Where’s Aramex or Bosta or other reputable companies!?? Never again,,,,,not recommended at all
