Very bad management, very poor customer service and very stupid system in general I had to visit the store twice to return a bag that I just got, and they couldn’t do the return because there’s no cash available in the store in both times! The answer was from both store manager and customer service, “you can leave the bag and receipt, and the store will instapay you the money when they have available cash.” Also, you cannot return the product except from the same store you bought it from! So you can’t just try another store, you have to go back to the same store more than once, hoping there’s cash available to refund your money back! Extremely poor management and not customer oriented at all!

ياجماعة نصيحة محدش يشتري منها شنط جودتها رديئة جدا حدا اقسم ماتستاهل 100 جنية خسارة فيها دنا لو اشتريت شنطة ب 100 جنيه من العتبه احسن منهم الف مره اشتريت شنطتي ب 2400 جنية اسبوع واحد ولونها تغير حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل فيهم
