I purchased a pair of sneakers that were advertised as original, and they were quite expensive. Unfortunately, after wearing them only three times, I used a sneaker cleaning kit recommended for such products, and the shoes ended up damaged. What’s even more frustrating is the inconsistency from customer service. During my first contact, I was clearly told that the item would be replaced. However, when I followed up, I was informed that no replacement would be provided and that the issue was not their responsibility. This level of service is completely unacceptable. Selling a high-priced product with such poor quality and then refusing to take responsibility is extremely disappointing. My experience with this company has been terrible in every sense.

I am extremely disappointed with these Calvin Klein sneakers. Costing me over 3K and I've worn them fewer than 20 times mostly for light outings just driving but the quality is terrible. The leather is already cracking and peeling, and the soles have changed colour. I have tried using shoe cleaners that I usually use for my sneakers, but seems to be getting worse. For a premium product, I expected much better. I won't be purchasing again and NEVER recommend it. Definitely not worth the money. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SHOP ELSEWHERE.

اسوء مكان الجزمة وبرت قبل ما تكمل اسبوع و الخياطة. فكت و مبيرجعوش الحاجة و بتاع خدمة العملاء بيقولي لو كل عميل اشتكي و رجعنا الحاجة هيتخرب بتنا و بيعملولي بلوك علي الفيس بوك علي شان كتبت كومنت اسوء منتجات و اسوء تعامل و مبسمعوش هو باع الجزمة و عايز يجري و اكيد بيعملو كدة مع كل العملاء الحل انك تعمل بلوك للعميل و الجزم في الغالب مضروبة او متخزنة بقالها سنين و الجزمة بتيجي و ي البوكس بتاعهم مش في البوكس الاورجينال فهل هيا مستعملة بايظة في حاجة غلط
