I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the appalling customer service and dishonest practices I experienced at your gold jewelry store. I purchased an 18K gold bracelet, which was invoiced as yellow gold, but within just a few months, the bracelet's color changed to silver. Upon contacting your store to address the issue, I was met with an unacceptable lack of responsibility or willingness to offer any form of compensation. It is clear that the item sold to me was misrepresented, and I was unfairly charged for 18K gold that was, in fact, not gold as claimed. This deceitful conduct and poor customer service are highly disappointing, and I demand a full resolution to this matter.
