As the legal owners of the property housing their Damietta (Al Sananiyah) branch, our experience with this business management has been highly unprofessional. Following the expiration of the lease agreement, we were forced to execute a final court eviction order (Case No. 1377 of 2022) just to recover parts of our property. Upon official repossession in the presence of state authorities, significant damage to the premises—including broken floors and stairs—was documented. This is now the subject of formal police reports and ongoing compensation claims. Furthermore, there are substantial unpaid rental arrears, and we are actively taking legal action to recover these financial dues. While the main commercial shop remains under active legal dispute, its reliance on delay tactics and failure to honor basic financial and contractual obligations is deeply concerning. We strongly advise caution when dealing with a management that disregards legal contracts and private property.
